What is meditation
People who meditate regularly have reported that meditation reduces stress.

Meditation is about training your mind to calm down and become peaceful

1. Is meditation the same as mindfulness? If not, how are they different?

They are very similar, but they are not the same. Mindfulness is personal awareness of all of the things that you say and do. Meditation is the way to train your mind to achieve inner peace. Although they are different, mindfulness and meditation complement each other very well.

Meditation offers a serene harbor in the stormy seas of daily stress, teaching us to navigate life's challenges with calmness and clarity

2. I am very busy, but I want to learn to meditate. How can I find the time in my schedule to meditate?

If you really want to meditate, you can find the time. If you think meditation makes you happier, more productive and more at peace with yourself and others, you should integrate it into your daily life.

To begin to meditate, it is helpful to go to a meditation center where a trained teacher can guide you through the process. Meditating in a group is also a good way to start.

3. What time is good to meditate?

You should meditate as often as you are able to. However, just after waking up and before going to bed are recommended times to meditate. Meditating in the morning helps your focus throughout the day. Meditating before going to bed helps you to settle down from a stressful day and to sleep well.

It's recommend establishing a daily meditation routine. That way, you train your body and brain for inner peace time.
