In-Person regular participants
Meditate with a small group. Use the techniques of Middle Way Meditation. Learn to integrate the practice of meditation into your life.

Saturday 5 - 6 PM (EST)
Online
Meditate remotely using the Middle Way method. Take a break and meditate from home, from work or wherever you are!
